He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester A. Lowe and Alyce C. Lowe (Gallacher); and his brother Douglas A. Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Lowe (Wilson); his children, Elizabeth Lowe Andreadis (Phillip Birch) of Warren, Sarah Lowe Roughneen (John Roughneen) of Coronado, CA and Matthew A. Lowe of Warren; his grandchildren, Demetrios Andreadis, Sophia Andreadis, Nicholas Andreadis, Caroline Roughneen, Katie Frank (Jeremy Frank), Samuel Roughneen and Lily Roughneen; and his sister Deborah A. Lowe of Dennis, MA..
