Though Charlene may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Lowell and Dorothea Lowell (Hird); and her brother John Lowell. She is survived by: her siblings, James Lowell (Ellen) of East Providence, RI, Maryann Rodrigues (Daniel) of North Attleboro, MA. and Karen Perry (David) of Riverside, RI; and her children, Charlene Medeiros (Joseph) of Warren, RI, Fred (Christine) of Attleboro, MA, Jeffrey (Jennifer) of Warren, RI and Matthew (Heidi) of Middleboro, MA.. She is also survived by 2 granddaughters, 6 grandsons and 6 great-grandsons.
