With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Andrew Costa (Warren, Rhode Island), who passed away on June 18, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Costa and Mary Isabell Hynson (Travers). He is survived by: his wife Judy (Menard); his children, Jennifer Roy (Daniel) of Sharon, MA and Andrew Costa (Karen) of Gardner, MA; his grandchildren, Olivia, Gabby and Fred; and his siblings, Joanne Donahue (Paul) of Bristol, Lawrence Hynson (Gail) of Portsmouth, Laurie Toledo (Paul) of Bristol and William Hynson of Portsmouth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
