He is survived by: his parents, David Procaccini and Denise Procaccini (Mark); his brother Daniel Procaccini of Bristol, RI.; his grandparents, Diane Rotel Mark of Jermyn, PA, Nicholas Procaccini of Hilton Head, SC and Gail Goldschlager of Boca Raton, FL.; his great-grandparent Frances Goldschlager of Boca Raton, FL.; his uncles, John Mark and Roger Kwolek; his aunt Lisa (Mark); his cousin James Kwolek of Jermyn, PA; his uncle Adam; his aunt Diana Procaccini; and his cousins, Aiden and Gianna Procaccini of Garner, NC.. He is also survived by great-uncles, great-aunts, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Give Kids The World Village (http://www.gktw.org) in Kissimmee, FL, a place that provided Ethan and his family with wonderful memories during their trip to Orlando.
