She was predeceased by: her husband Deacon Thomas P. O'Hara; and her parents, Robert Gillooly and Annie Gillooly (Murry). She is survived by: her children, Brian P. O'Hara (Karen), Michael K. O'Hara (Brendalee), Daniel F. O'Hara (Sandra) and Patricia E. Brunner; her grandchildren, Matthew, Katie, Thomas, Megan, Shannon, Kathleen and Patrick; and her great grandchildren, Evangeline, Teagan, Shay, Brooks, Tate, Malcolm and Keagan. She is also survived by her family and proud that as an only child.
