She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Amaral and Serephina Moorehead (Figureid); her husbands, Manuel V. Moniz and Frederick Souza; and her siblings, Beverly Silva, Marie Amaral and Elizabeth Amaral.
She is survived by: her sons, James "Jay" Moniz (Mary Ann) of Warren, RI and Joey Marjorie Moniz of Warren, RI; her stepchildren, Frederick "Buddy" Souza (Sandy) of Bristol, RI and Louanne Mastriano of Bristol, RI; her brother Frank Amaral Jr. of Bristol, RI; her grandchildren, Jason Moniz and Kelly Wingate (Matthew); her stepgrandchildren, Ryan Souza (Stephanie), Jared Souza, Ashleigh Warrender, Elise Warrender and Oliver Warrender; and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Riley, Zoey, Sophia, Parker and Etta. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
