She was predeceased by: her parents, Kent M. Chapman and Margery G. Chapman; and her husband Gregory Lebeau. She is survived by: her siblings, Robin M. Mooney, Geroge R. Chapman and Amy H. Gibbons; and her boyfriend Martin Szuch.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home (220 Cottage St., Pawtucket, RI 02860). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Swan Point Cemetery (585 Blackstone Blvd, Providence, RI 02906).
