She was predeceased by : her father Brian LaSalle; and her grandparents, Peter Stacilauskas and Linda Stacilauskas. She is survived by : her mother Connie Joyal (Stacilauskas); her sister Amelia Heon; her grandmother Sandra Masso (Durrand); her cousins, Nicholas Masso (Kati Masso), Valerie Stacilauskas and Jamie Stacilauskas (Pam Stacilauskas); her pets, Jasper, Sebastian and Shiloh; and also, Cole, McKenley, Sarah Runk, Elliot and Penelope.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to ASPCA to honor Samantha's commitment to the organization and their mission.
