She was predeceased by: her husband Micheal J. Urban; her parents, Franciszek Rodzen and Julia Rodzen (Matula); her siblings, Casimir Rodzen, Nellie Wujcik and Helen Rodzen; and her son Anthony F. Urban.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Linda) of Bristol and Mary Hanley (Bill) of Bristol; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Urban of Warren. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
