He is survived by: his children, Alisha Carr (John), John Mendonsa (Addy Sirypannho), Brianna Mendonsa and Jenna Mendonsa; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Capri and Giovanni; his sister Donna Domenico (Frank); and his former wife Edean Mendonsa.
