She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Clark and Anna Theresa Casey Clark; her husband Raymond N. MacAndrew, MD; and her siblings, John Q. Clark, MD, Madeline Gilmore and Marie L. Lynch.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen MacAndrew of Warwick, RI, Peter MacAndrew of San Pedro, CA, Martha O'Brien (Fred) of Wilmington, MA and Timothy MacAndrew of Oak Park, CA.; her grandsons, Frederick Joseph O'Brien and Peter MacAndrew, Jr.; her great grandchild Aidan Christopher O'Brien; her sister Rose (Virginia) of Lima; Madeline and Mary Masterson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.
