He was predeceased by: his wife Hortense Cotta (Saial); and his parents, Joseph Cotta and Phoebe Cotta (Santos). He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Guevremont (Butch) of Warwick, Joanne Burgess (Ronnie) of Vermont and Mary Ann Mello (Stephen) of Woonsocket; his sisters, Phoebe Cotta-Paquin and Amelia Jean Cotta; his nephew Larry DeFreitas of Warwick; his grandchildren, Ronnie Burgess, Joey Burgess and Chelsea Rosario; and his great grandchildren, Shayna Diane Rosario and Ronald Dennis Burgess.
