She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cardoza and Nuvart Cardoza (Farmanian). She is survived by: her sons, Paul Fazio, Michael Fazio and Mark Fazio of Cranston, RI.; and her grandchildren, Ben, Caroline, Mark Jr., Joshua, Victoria, Matthew and Hailey.
