She is survived by: her parents, Arthur K. Jean and Barbara M. Palmer (Horton); and her children, Amanda I. Andreoni, Stephen A. Frazier, Sonya T. Frazier and Alyssa K. Stefanik. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
