She was predeceased by: her husband Vincenzo Natale "Banjoo" Macari; her parents, Joseph Kouffman and Nettie Kouffman (Lawrence); and her brothers, Herbert O'Rourke and Everett Kouffman.
She is survived by: her daughter Jody Capoverde (Frank); her grandsons, John Butler, Justin Butler (Krystal) and Carlos Cruz (Barry Morang); and her great grandchild Aiden Gaipo.
