He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Randall and Constance E. Randall (Shabbott). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Randall (Munro); his children, Timothy J. Randall (Deborah) of North Smithfield, Erin M. Randall of Stanford, CT and Colleen Randall Buffery (Neil) of Smithfield; his grandchildren, Olive, Duke and Stone; and his sisters, Cheryl Reidy of Scituate, MA and Lori Randall of Little Compton.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home (350 Willett Ave, Riverside, RI 02915). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
