She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Schultheiss and Catherine Schultheiss (Duffy). She is survived by: her husband Dennis J. Grasso; her children, Joseph D. Grasso of Coventry and Stacey L. Nolan (Todd) of Warwick; her brother Raymond Schultheiss (Diane) of Beverly Hills, FL; and her grandchildren, Evan, Zackary, Kiera Nolan, Gianna and Miles Grasso.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home (1328 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02888). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:15 PM at the North Burial Ground Cemetery (5 Branch Ave, Providence, RI 02904).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Carolyn's name to the American Cancer Society (cancer.org) would be appreciated.
