He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. McGovern and Elsie J. Sullivan (Maroney). He is survived by: his wife Delores A. McGovern (Prato); his son Corey P. McGovern (Megan); his grandchildren, Colby Daniel McGovern, Nola M. McGovern and Paige E. McGovern; and his sister Joann F. Sullivan.
