He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Theresa H. (Daniels); his parents, Louie Smith Jr. and Frances T. Smith (Stasiukiewicz); his siblings, Carol Bass (Smith), Barbara Smith, Ann Smith, Billy Smith and Eddie Smith; his daughter Danielle Smith (Kenny Chasse); and his granddaughter Amelia Chasse. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
