He was predeceased by: his parents, Olivier J. Boucher and Viola Boucher (Vincent); and his brothers, Arthur Boucher and Raymond Boucher. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Boucher (Millard); his daughters, Sharon Boucher, Bethany Boucher and Christine Carr; his grandchildren, Jade, Joshua, Mikaela, Brianna, Cosette, Nolan, Portia, Jane, Alessandra and Finley; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Emma, Sara and Aurora; and his brother Paul Boucher.
