He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Orterry (Kevin) of Lake City and Nicole Towne of East Providence; his granddaughter Hayden Orterry; his friend Dianne Lyman of East Providence; and his brothers, Matthew A. Towne (Joan) of Narragansett, Kenneth E. Towne of North Kingstown and Stephen R. Towne (Lee-Ann) of Riverside. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and ten great-nieces and great-nephews.
