She was predeceased by: her father Albert F. Petrarca. She is survived by: her spouse Dana R. Clark; her mother Elaine J. Petrarca (Muratore); her daughters, Kari-Beth Clark and Jessica L. Petrarca Clark; her grandchildren, Kristofer, Kaleb Demers, Micah, Cassius Brooks, Corey Ouellette and Jordan Domin; and her siblings, Karen M. Siracusa (Steven), David J. Petrarca (Cece) and Lisa A. Garvey (Peter).
