She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Leonard (Keith) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Alex, Megan and Catherine; her siblings, Leonard Mello, Jr. and Denise Zwolenski (Robert); and her nieces and nephews, Robert, Brian, Joseph, Marie, Denise, Milo and Zoey Zwolenski. She is also survived by her family, her many friends.
