He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund A. Flanagan and Mildred Flanagan (Roach); his stepchild Ernie Myette; his brothers, Norman and Kenneth Flanagan; and his former wife Noella C. Flanagan (Levasseur).
He is survived by: his wife Dolores N. Flanagan (DiPanni); his children, Gary Flanagan, Dennis Flanagan and Laurie Card; and his stepchildren, Lorie Vanasse and Willie Myette.
