She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph E. Gallagher; and her parents, Frank Costa and Nicolina Costa (Luizzi). She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Cattell (Edward), Michele Gallagher of Warwick and Julie Sparks (Brian); her grandchildren, Stephanie Baker (Matthew), Andrew Sparks (Maureen), Corey Kerneen and Emily Sparks (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Penelope, Berkley and Calliope; and her brother Richard Costa, Sr. (Sandra Emsley).
