Kelly Sr. (Warwick, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kelly, and Agnes Kelly, Sr. (Pelaquin); and his siblings, Edward, Raymond Kelly and Mildred Veverka.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys M. Kelly (Elliott); his children, Frank E. Kelly, Jr. and Maureen M. "Kelly" Pinney (Mark); his grandchildren, Joshua Kelly, Taylor Crosby, Ryan Pinney, Emily Kelly, Ashley and Austin Arbor; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Jr., Ezra and Sawyer Kelly.
