He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Garofalo (DePetrillo) and Joseph Garofalo (Alana Garrity Garofalo); and his siblings, Antonetta Dougherty and Anthony Garofalo. He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Garofalo (DiCarlo); his children, Anthony Garofalo of Louisiana, Melissa Buxton of Louisiana, Frank Garofalo of Warwick, Steven Garofalo of Warwick and Mark Garofalo (Anna Gonsales) of West Warwick; his sister Roseanna Pacific; his grandson Benjamin Christopher Gonsales of West Warwick; and his nephews, Alan Pacific (Bonnie) and Robert Pacific (Christina). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
