He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kortick and Pauline Kortick (Lisnoff); and his brothers, Arnold Kortick and Michael Kortick. He is survived by: his wife Carole N. Kortick (Nava); his children, Ann Palumbo (Jerry Colvin) of Warwick, Gregory Kortick (Danielle) of West Warwick and Lori Atturio of Warwick; his sister Deborah Demby (Steven) of Parkland; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Joey, Kyle and Quinn.
