He was predeceased by: his parents, William Horn and Mary LaCasse Horn; his wife Joan Lindemann Horn; and his siblings, Bill, Joe, Jim Horn and Betty Garabedian.

He is survived by: his children, Ellen Quagliaroli (Rich), Gerry Horn (Robbie), Carolyn Kennedy and Maureen Horn (Nancy); his sister Gertrude Wynsen; his grandchildren, Lauren Travers (Alex), Rick Quagliaroli, Allison Lomasney, Laura Kennedy and Linda Horn; his great grandchildren, Xavier and Jameson Travers; and his family, Donna McBurney, Ed Kennedy, Kathy Ryan, Martha Horn, Patty Rock and Ginny Fox.
