She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. D'Alfonso, Sr.; her parents, Pasquale Guglielmo and Maria Grazia Guglielmo (Fusco); her son Joseph D'Alfonso; her grandchildren, Christine Martin (Robert), Kathleen Brekenfeld (Zachary), Robert D'Alfonso, III (Marla), Sean D'Alfonso (Stephanie), Joseph D'Alfonso, Gary Faragalli (Brittany), Domenic D'Alfonso (Isabella), Isabella Ulvestad (Aaron), Mina D'Alfonso and Gloria Faragalli; and her siblings, Alfonso Guglielmo, Henry Guglielmo, Mary Caruso and Eva Maksymowicz.

She is survived by: her children, Maria Dutra (Paul), Robert D'Alfonso, Jr. (Margaret), Lori Faragalli (Gary) and John D'Alfonso (Marcy); her great grandchildren, Rosalie, Alex, Callie, Audrey, Cameron, Annie and Robert, IV (Robby); and her extended family, Rose, Clement Church and Long St.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Hasbro's The Tomorrow Fund, Physicians Office Building, 110 Lockwood St, Providence, RI 02903 will be appreciated.
