He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Plouffe and Helen Plouffe; his siblings, Janet Allard, Anita Ringette and Albert Plouffe; and his siblings' children, Roger Allard, Stephanie Kohler and James Maguire.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Grogan); his children, Steven (Alicia), John (Elissa) and Megan Witten (Dominique); his grandchildren, Anthony, Christian, Christopher, Roberto and Dominique; and his siblings, Robert Plouffe and Carol O'Brien. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
