With sadness, we share the passing of Hermano G. Verissimo of Warwick, Rhode Island. Hermano passed away on October 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Cabral and Maria Cabral (Verissimo); his son Christopher Verissimo; and his brother Jose D. Cabral. He is survived by: his wife Lucia F. Verissimo (Andrade); his children, Herman Verissimo of Warwick and Leslie Santos (Johnathan) of Warwick; his grandchildren, Donovan Verissimo, Christiana Verissimo, Javon Santos and Jayvien Santos; and his siblings, Manuel Cabral, Rosaria Cabral, Paul Verissimo and Antonio Verissimo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Perry/McStay Funeral Home East Providence (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Church (21 Traverse St, Providence, RI 02903).
