He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Small. He is survived by: his wife April A. Small (Nieforth); his mother Catherine Small (Mockler); his children, Andrew J. Small and Katie A. Dziura (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Arya, Isabelle and Charolette; and his brother Mark P. Small.
