He was predeceased by: his father Keith A. Burgess. He is survived by: his mother Kelly M. Burgess (Sherman); his children, Dylan M. Burgess, Karmen M. Burgess and Caleigh R. Burgess; and his brother Keith A. Burgess, II (Jennifer). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
