Medeiros of Warwick; his aunts, Dana M. and Cynthia Herbert of Cranston; his uncle Phillip Banks of West Warwick; and his godparents, Francis Eaton, Jr. of Warwick and Jacqueline Eaton of Warwick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
