He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Mickey" McCormick and Gladys McCormick (Patnaude); and his sibling Marion McCormick. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. McCormick (O'Connor); his daughter Shannon M. Blair (Nick) of Warwick; and his grandchildren, Nolan, Dylan and Sloan Blair.
