He was predeceased by: his wife Angelina M. "Ginger" Scott (DiPalma); his parents, Archibald H. Scott and Margaret F. Scott (Rinn); his son Joseph R. Scott; and his siblings, Margaret F. Hondo, Edward J. Scott, Josephine Kelly, William Cole Jr., Charles Cole and Lawrence Cole.
He is survived by: his children, JoAnn S. Mallozzi (Steven, MD) and Mark J. Scott (Annette); his grandchildren, Jeremy Scott (Holly), Jessica Allison (Gregory), Jeffrey Scott (Cara) of Scott Mallozzi, MD and Joshua Scott; and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Ryan, Madeline, Emma, Aubrey and Elias.
