We are sad to announce that, on July 18, 2023, at the age of 48, Joshua C. Noel of Warwick, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Noel and Ann Marie Noel (Rodgers). He is survived by: his siblings, Donald L. Noel, Jr. (Christine) of Warwick and Brenda J. Noel (Bob Wilson) of Canton, MA; his nieces and nephews, Evan Noel, Noel Wilson, Erik, Kayla and Anthony; and his aunts, Paula Milles, Gail Jarvis and Rosemary Gemma.
