She was predeceased by: her husband John R. McCormick; and her parents, John E. O'Connor and Helen M. O'Connor (Walsh). She is survived by: her daughter Shannon M. Blair (Nick) of Warwick; her siblings, Michael O'Connor (Lori) of Louisiana, Barbara O'Connor of North Providence, John E. O'Connor, Jr. (Adriene) of Providence and Patricia O'Connor of Greenville; and her grandchildren, Nolan Blair, Dylan Blair and Sloan Blair. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
