She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen H. Kavanagh and Julia C. Kavanagh (Goulding); and her brother Stephen H. Kavanagh, Jr. (Julie). She is survived by: her siblings, Dennis Kavanagh (Lynne) of Groton, Massachusetts, Andrew Kavanagh of Fairmont, Erin McGovern (Stephen) of Cranston, Terrence Kavanagh (Fernanda) of Orlando, Florida and Constance McCarthy (Kevin) of Fall River; and her sister-in-law Karen Kavanagh of Fort Myers, Florida.. She is also survived by nephews and their children.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Julie's honor may be made to St. Paul Church, 30 Warwick Ave, Cranston, RI 02905.
