It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Dora Maccarone (Warwick, Rhode Island), who passed away on August 7, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luigi Cairone and Teresa Cairone (DiVozzi); and her daughter Paula A. Maccarone. She is survived by: her husband Gennaro Maccarone; her children, Dina M. Maccarone, Gennaro Maccarone (Francesca) and Jamie M. Maccarone (Gwen); and her stepchild Angel Pelegreen (William). She is also survived by 14 loving grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, a great great-granddaughter and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
