He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph O'Neil and Eileen O'Neil (Daily). He is survived by: his wife Jayne O'Neil (Sanmartino); his children, Kerry O'Neil and Allison O'Neil; his brothers, Michael, Christopher, Joseph and Brian O'Neil; and his granddaughters, Lily and Katie O'Neil.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones-Walton-Sheridan Funeral Home (1895 Broad St, Cranston, RI 02905).
