He is survived by: his wife Kathleen L. Eisemann (Sullivan); his parents, William F. Eisemann and Joan I. Eisemann (Maresch) of Warwick; his brothers, Keith W. Eisemann (Teresa) of Exeter and Christopher J. Eisemann (Stefanie) of Johnston; his nieces and nephews, Shayna DeLuca, Alexandra Wilson, April-Paige Eisemann, Matthew Eisemann, Ryan Sullivan, Justin Sullivan and Isla Sullivan; his great-nephew Julian DeLuca; and his great-niece June DeLuca.
