He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Margaret "Peg" O'Neil (Riley); and his sister Margaret "Peggy" Beaulieu (Raymond) of Warwick. He is survived by: his wife Paula O'Neil (Beadles); his son Ian W. O'Neil (Jennifer) of Warwick; his brother Daniel O'Neil (Tomasina) of McGregor, TX; and his granddaughter Nora O'Neil. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
