He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard W. Collins and Mary A. Collins (Devlin); and his brother Timothy Collins. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen Collins, Patricia Collins, Kathleen Howard, Joan Collins, Sean T. Collins, Tracy Collins, Michaela Collins and Terence R. Collins; his uncle Kevie'; and his grandchildren, Ryan and Alicia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews.
