She was predeceased by: her husband Irving J. "Woodie" Wood; her parents, Harold Culham and Bernice Culham (Denny); and her sibling Marlyne Huchala. She is survived by: her sons, Myron J. Wood (Nancy) and Kevin L. Wood (Susan); her grandchildren, Matthew Wood (Ashley), Kaycee Wood, Kevin Wood (Pamela) and Steven Wood (Ashley); her nephew Allan Stenbeck of Canada; and her nieces, Peggy Fraser of Canada and Donna Denboer of Canada. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
