She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elizabeth A. Barbour (Webb) and Richard R. Barbour; her son Dylan R. Barker; and her siblings, Richard R. Barbour, Jr., John R. Barbour, Ian R. Barbour and Marcia L. Wilt. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
