She was predeceased by: her husband Norman G. Bassett; her parents, Frank H. Rowe and Viola R. Rowe (Lury); and her brother Harold Rowe. She is survived by: her children, Charles E. Bassett of Warwick, Cheryl A. Bassett of Warwick, Norman J. Bassett of Warwick and Ann M. Dickey of Warwick; and her siblings, Frank Rowe, Rita Cogean and William Rowe. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
