She was predeceased by : her husband John G. Stracaluzi, Sr.; her parents, Edward O'Leary and Katherine O'Leary (Brennan); and her brother James. She is survived by : her children, Carol A. Sapcoe (Charles) of Warwick, John G. Stracaluzi, Jr. (Margaret) and Edward R. Stracaluzi (Lori) of Warwick; her granddaughter Amanda Stracaluzi; and her siblings, Edward O'Leary of Warwick, Helen Belotti of Cranston, Robert and Walter O'Leary.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
