He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Bagus (Levicki). He is survived by: his father Adam Bagus of Greenville; his siblings, Jean Fraize (Douglas) of Lincoln and David Bagus of Greenville; and his nieces and nephews, Sydney Bagus, Carly and Ryan Fraize.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to New England Donor Services, honoring Mark's final gift of life through organ donation.
